Our Philosophy
Welcome to Dev Null! We, as a guild, hold to the following principles:
- We are a diverse group of players, of all ages and backgrounds. Respect for all of our members is expected.
- We strive to give everyone the opportunity to participate in the content that interests them. Raid and party invites are open to all members. Raid signups will be open to all members; when assembling raids from the list of people who've queued, raid leaders give priority to persons who were queued but not selected in previous raids.
- While we continue to focus on accessing and conquering new content and new raiding opportunities, this focus should not be at the expense of other guild members. All members are encouraged to take advantage of 5-man instance runs, heroic instance runs, and casual questing groups whenever possible. Members are strongly encouraged to help out others in instances and quests you've already completed; sharing experience and making new friends is a hallmark of Dev Null.
